Project Bucephalus Team Meet-up

One of the important core values of the FLL competition is Coopertition, which is honoring friendly competition by providing and or receiving help, encouragement from other FLL teams. We are very excited to share that on November 15, 2018, our team had a chance to talk to a award winning homeschool FLL team in Wollongong , Australia.

We connected with a very experienced coach of Team Project Bucephalus on facebook. Coach Andrew gladly agreed to help, so we quickly arranged a conference call. It was November 16, 2018, Friday, 10:00 am their time, and Thursday 7:00 pm Thursday for us in the U.S.

The conference went very well. We met all 10 members of Project Bucephalus and Two coaches. The whole team from the Robust Minds Robotics called in from their homes and met their team over Google Hangout. They showed us their robotics runs, which gets around 300 points. We asked their team members questions about the robot, project, and core values.

We had a good time. At the end of the meeting, we asked them if they see any wild kangaroo and other wild animals that we don't not have here. Project Bucephalus has been a great inspiration to our team and a team that demonstrate the Cooperition of FLL Core Value. Thank you Project Bucephalus!
